Leah Scott Jones is the Managing Partner and Founder of Grovestone Countertops. Born the middle child of seven and daughter to a general contractor, Leah was raised fostering both long-term relationships and long-lasting infrastructure. With a background in multifamily renovations, small business management, and team leadership, Leah has spent the last twelve years soaking up a diverse education of the multi-unit construction industry. 

After eight years with family-owned and operated multifamily renovation specialist Wildwood Construction as Occupied Renovations Director, Leah moved into an adjacent sector of the industry: supply. Three years at Dal-tile as Local Turn-key Division Lead gave Leah exposure to international logistics, material procurement, domestic production, and the in's and out's of corporate program ideologies. Passionate about the ability to provide custom yet uniform service to her clients nationally, Leah founded Grovestone Countertops to revolutionize the multiunit countertop landscape. 

Dedicated to internal efficiency, superior customer service, and irreplaceable reliability, Leah's leadership and unique perspective drives Grovetone toward success. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelors of Arts in English from Keble College of Oxford University, underpinning her practical skills with a solid educational foundation.
